Modelling for projects & news
Besides my love for English, music, and sports, I am also passionate about fashion and style. I love being able to express myself through clothing choices and makeup: they make me feel more alive than ever! I am frequently referred to as the “makeup artist” of our class and have been offered to model for different projects from time to time. This experience helped me feel more confident and comfortable with my own movements and poses, while also serving as a marketing tool for some non-profit organizations. Putting on makeup does not mean I am insecure; it means embracing and enhancing my own appearance.

"Feedback for the trial tests event” post (April 2025)
I was one of the directors and managers of this event, a free event for 9th graders to participate in and test their abilities in English, Maths, and Literature. I was also the MC who interviewed several students on their experience, and was later announced as the representative of this event in media posts.
"Episode IV: An never-ending race” post (April 2025)
I was both the writer and one of the two models for this post. It was about the suffocating pressure and stress that a 9th grader may encounter, offering suggestions for them to overcome these obstacles. This post garnered over 230 reactions and was appreciated by many parents for its accuracy and sincerity.
“The crossroads: A moment of transformation” video (October 2024)
In an effort to promote our “A moment of transformation” event, I was asked to appear in a short video where a girl is belittled and humiliated by her friends, but then discovers our event and decides to attend. It attracted more than 240 reactions and, indeed, it helped promote our event to a broader range of audiences.

“Check your mail” post (September 2024)
After a lengthy recruitment process, we sent out the results to the potential applicants. Our team wanted the media post to be both communicative and informative, so we came up with a pose of pointing to an email (which we actually drew later!), and our members loved it because it was creative.
“One Day Countdown” post (September 2024)
As both the writer and model of this post, I envisioned it to give off a welcoming and amiable atmosphere. I suggested this pose to other team members, and it turned out to be very adorable. It was taken at my beloved high school to attract more 9th graders.
“Introducing the Events Department” post (August 2024)
To recruit students with the same vision and purpose, we took photo shoots to introduce our departments. Participating in the photo shoot as both a director and a model, I played the role of a member of the HR Department, imitating their usual traits and actions.
“My Dream” Project trailer (August 2024)
This is my personal favorite creative project. It was about a 9th grader worrying about the future and unsure of which school to apply to. I wrote part of the script myself and was chosen to play the main character. When the video was posted, many other project directors were impressed by our project trailer and decided to make one themselves.

“Three-day countdown post” (June 2025)
After many days of sailing with merchandise, we decided to post a countdown. Using machines in the arcade to pose, we produced a high-quality and fun photo. I also contributed to the post's fascinating design, incorporating musical notes and stars, which helped captivate more donors and buyers.
“A dreamy melody” post (June 2025)
To raise money for a charity event, our project organized a merchandise sale. To promote this sale, I was invited to model for a photo shoot with an arcade and color theme. It was one of the occasions where I could utilize my ability to create and put together outfits that resonated with the theme.
“1402 loving days: Together” marketing video (January 2025)
In the same photo shoot, we managed to film a short video that continued the storyline. Utilizing the lights and settings of Ho Chi Minh City’s nightlife, we wrote a script where the two main leads finally got the chance to confess to each other. It played as a perfect promotional video, gaining us reactions and purchases on Facebook.
“1402 loving days: Family members” post (January 2025)
To boost sales for the “1402 loving days” merchandise sale for charity, we planned a special marketing campaign that told the story of a lovely high school couple. I was offered to play the role of the sister of the main lead, and we had a lot of fun writing the script and acting it out together. Shoot at the Metro system — a new icon of Ho Chi Minh City — and we helped promote a new dimension of this ever-changing city.
“Introducing the Media Directors” post (September 2024)
As the Head of the Translation Department, I was invited for a photo shoot with the theme of “pinky land-of-love”. It was a memorable photo shoot, as I was introduced to various equipment and gear, poses, accessories, angles, and shapes. This marked my transition into a more natural and innovative leader.

“Q&A with VI THO” post (November 2023)
VI THO was one of the first community projects I ever participated in. When offered the opportunity to participate in an interview on funny questions to launch a new marketing campaign, I accepted with great pride and researched to find the best answers. Along with my answers, my photo was also posted.
“VI THO’S YEAR-END MEMORIES” post (January 2024)
As an outstanding member of the Translation Department of the VI THO Project, I was interviewed for a media post that celebrated the Tet holidays. Expressing my love for the serenity of this holiday and gratitude for my family, my interview was adored by followers.
Projects that made the news
“Biet Dong Thanh” historical project (2023)
In Grade 9, I was entrusted with the role of leader for a large class history project on Biet Dong Sai Gon, the Vietnamese secret forces pivotal to the Vietnam War’s success. Coordinating with over 30 classmates, I organized months of research, filming, and writing to produce a 30-minute documentary, a 100-slide report, and distributable booklets that garnered media attention. Fortunately, I was acknowledged as the glue that held the class together during the preparation process.
“Cinderella” performance (2024)
For its impact on the Celebrities on Air contest, the Cinderella performance, in which I was selected as the female lead, was featured in an interview to be published in an article. I was really thrilled to be a part of this performance and practiced very hard for two whole months. This news was proof of my commitment and dedication, alongside confidence and cooperation with other class members. It taught me that passion, combined with resilience and a strong belief, can lead to great success.
